Built on About Ten Years of Hands-On Work
Jorge Sanchez has spent about ten years in the construction trades. He has framed houses, hung and finished drywall, laid roofs, painted, trimmed out rooms and remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, mostly for builders and on referrals from people who had seen his work. When the steady job he had was no longer there, he decided it was time to put his own name on the work.
Martinez Construction is that decision. It is a small company where the owner walks the job, explains the price, and works alongside the crew. Jorge wants to build something that lasts, for his customers and for himself, and he is the first to say he is still learning how to grow it, one good job at a time.
How We Work
We try to keep things simple. You call or text, we come look at the work, and we put the scope and price in writing before anyone swings a hammer. When a job needs more hands than Jorge alone, he brings in painters and helpers he already knows and trusts, so the crew on your house is a familiar one.
We do the work we know: framing, roofing, drywall, painting, remodeling and trim. We do not do large plumbing or electrical projects, and we would rather tell you that up front than take on something that needs a different specialist. If your project needs a licensed plumber or electrician, we will say so plainly.
Where We Work
We are based in Maxton, North Carolina, and we serve Robeson County and the cities around it, including Lumberton, Pembroke, Red Springs and Fayetteville, with larger projects farther out in Raleigh. See all of our service areas.
